I was looking for a 4 wheel drive family car, I returned to Falcon Carriage, as i brought my wife's car there 5 years ago. spoke to the same salesman I meet all those years before. he remembered me and took interest in how the my wife's cars was, I thought that was a nice touch, he even remembered the car.

I successfully bought a 4X4 from there Plaistow showroom, I've been happy with the car and service has been excellent as it was 5 years ago.

To all who want to buy a new car please stay away from those crooks mainly sells accident damaged cars but does not declare when on sell,all cars look pretty coz all of them gets respray,they will sell you a car with many problems that you won't know till your so called warranty runs out,I have got done myself I worked so hard saved my money bought a car from falcon carriage sold me a clocked car which trading standards are looking into now there name if you read says fal and the big con garage company stay away from this car showroom ,do your check b4 you buy hpi or rac checks .if had problems please get in touch with new hams trading standards office ,called Jamie ,

I purchased a ford focus from these guys they seemed friendly enough and helpfull done me a good deal the focus had 4 months mot so they done me a new one and took my old car in px i would recommend these guys ,its a well established bussiness ,i have just been there with my cousin who has purchased a nissan he is happy to,. keep up the good work guys thanks for the good deals mr baker

Do not buy a car from here! I bought a car and after having it 4 days it needed to go back as there was a problem since then it has been back 6 times and we have had it a few months they were so useless and unhelpful everytime they said they had fixed the car it came back with another problem dodgy dealers! If you buy from here good luck!

i looked at many garages around for long time looking for the right car as i needed to have on finance agreement well finally i was recommended to the car garage by a friend who has bought a car from them b4 well that's saying something if i am not happy then surely i wont recommend to anyone hey i bought a a bmw 525 diesel on a 53 reg which had 83k fsh auto leather in blue for just under 5500 pounds i think its a fair price and the after service was next to none will recommend to my family's and anyone whoa looking to buy their next car to pop in and have a look you will be very welcomed like i was good people are hard to find thank you keep on serving the public guys

Brought a Renault from this Garage before. For a peace of mind when buying a used car, We asked them to change a cambelt for us, they charged us for the job, they seems very nice people when taking your money. But after three months the cambelt broke and we took it to our local garage to have the engine rebuild. The mechanic told us the cambelt was never changed. We called Falcon about this and they turned so rude and didn't want to know coz they don't want to accept any liability at all. Also later on we found out the car was a wrote-off viechle and got repaired to sales. Do a HPI check before you consider buying from them! Or better off, look somewhere else!
