Hallmark

Went into Hallmark north finchley. Very unhelpful person. Got a Balloon from Hallmark (airwalker balloon) I went outside the head flew off. The guy who owned the shop didnt have a clue what he was doing!! Didnt even put enought helium gas in it. I went back to the store to get a refund as it was a faulty good (head should not fly off). He refused a refund and said he would give me store credit. I ended buying a balloon which was not worth the money. As he was looking at the balloon I realised that he did not stick the head on properly, yet said he would send it back to the supplier and still refused a refund! I dont think this hallmark shop is worth going into as they rip you off. Never had a problem with this store. Usually there is a nice lade who works there and is helpful. I would not go back into this store and neither would anyone else from the office or friends and family. There is a hallamark in Finchley Central, which im sure must be better!!
