I received exceptional service from the whole team in Putney. Dan the manager my initial contact, went out of his way to get the house measured up - so much so he went out and estimated himself. The ordered was expedited to fit in with the date required. However,unfortunately there were 4 changes to the fitting date due to building delays, but Donna the Administrator together the Deputy Manager, were exceptionally helpful - nothing was too much trouble. They even organised their own fitters as my fitter had got fed up with the changes. Carpets look great and brilliant value. Thank you.
