Having recently renovated our house, we were looking for new carpets, having visited all the big well known retailers, we decided to go to our local family run carpet shop. MK Carpets.
We received excellent service from the guys in the shop as well as the carpet fitter. They all had good knowledge about the products and advised us accordingly.
Will definitely use their services again.

Friendly, informative and straight to the point.

I went in looking for laminate flooring,
I came out a happy customer.
Price seemed fair,
Fitting was spot on on,
Timing was great

Overall a good independent business.

firstly i would like to say im not really one to write reviews, but felt i should after the great service i received.
i made a point to try to support my local business, but after viewing the way i got treated by other independent carpet shops i was skeptical.
any how Mk carpets was the last shop i went into, wishing it was the first.
pleasant, friendly, helpful and well priced.
i would defiantly go back and i would recommend everyone to use them...

Very impressed. Needed advice about choosing the right product for the floor I needed to cover and pro's and con's explained and no pushy sales talk - just wanted to help. Sincere honest advice in todays marketplace was refreshing and I will be both using them and recommending them to others.
