Excellent service from MK carpets! Love the choice of carpet on our stairs. I wasn't sure whether to risk the stripes but staff showed me a few other houses they had previously fitted it in and I decided to trust their opinion. We love it! Fantastic customer service from this shop and its staff members. Brilliant range of flooring in the showroom and speedy delivery/fitting. We had carpet upstairs and laminate downstairs. I never realised what a difference flooring makes but we now finally have a home instead of just a house! Definitely recommend to anyone looking for new flooring for their home. 10/10 from me

We visited MK carpets as they were highly recommended by family and friends. We were in and out within 30 minutes after selecting carpets for the middle and loft and Amtico flooring for the whole of the ground floor. Esa, was very helpful and professional. He was more interested in offering us what we wanted rather than selling us his vision. He offered us good carpet and floor solutions and advised us sincerely. A few weeks later our floor was fitted by professionals - a team that was efficient, clean and did an outstanding job. They went above and beyond by providing a solution for a dip around the bifolds which I imagined would have been a difficult task, however nothing phased them. Our carpets went in soon after, again by a professional team who aimed to get the job done in a day and fitted carpet in narrow parts of the loft where others would refuse. Overall, great value for money, outstanding quality and confidence in their products and an incredible service by Esa and his team. I would have no hesitation recommending them and would use them for future projects.

After having been messed about by another store I visited Mk Carpets and I’m grateful that I did.

I only had limited time to carpet the property so that I could let the property back to the local authority. I called MK Carpets they carried out the survey on the same day, gave me a better price than the previous store, that messed me about, worked out to be less by reducing the amount of carpet and underlay I needed to purchase and installed the very next day.

The store is absolute gem and they’ll always have my business due to the speedy service, great prices and honesty.

They got deposit but never done work. I chased number of times but he never answer the phone. I visited many times his shop but not found him. Such a ridiculous and annoyed company.

This is the second time using MK Carpets in Barkingside. First time round all the 4 bedrooms were carpeted by them to a very high standard. Brother Essa’s advice and useful tips have been very useful in choosing the carpets. This time round my whole staircase has been re-carpeted by them and they have not disappointed me with their very competitive price. I would definitely recommend to all my family and friends.
