I am a Mina store customer for 30 years. I bought bason a few months ago. When I opened the packet it was v hard and fungus inside. Expiry was Dec 22. I took it to green st shop and explained the situation. I requested for another packet. Two ladies at front started making excuses. I asked for the manager and another lady came. They said there is no manager present and refused to exchange. I left the bason and walked out of the shop v angry.

I bought Betel Nuts 1 KG 2 packets expired dates are 01/12/22 but ALLAH are gone very bad full of fungus and black keeras in these so so bad
