What a lovely place to come shopping. I popped in as I was passing by and saw they sold some fancy looking perfumes and I ended up buying a Chanel Chance Eau Vive which I'd never even heard of. The shop assistant was knowledgeable and so enthusiastic you could tell they really knew their stuff and cared about helping me find something I'd love. A top experience.

Really good service. I broke my leg and came in store for some advice. They were so knowledgeable and had a great range of products to offer me. Eventually took a homeopathic remedy as well as Solgar Ultimate Bone Support. Such a good quality service, they gave me so much advice to help speed up the recovery compared to the hospital where I was just processed as quick as possible.

I have nothing but nice things to say about the service these guys provided. I ordered a product in store and asked for it to be delivered to my home and they were only too happy to oblige and for a very reasonable charge too. I will definitely be shopping here again soon.

Ordered some Clarins Beauty Products from Landys Chemist and was so impressed by the service! It arrived after just two days and was well packaged and it came with lots of free samples! Really don't think they could have done much better frankly.

Not happy!Very disappointed actually!
Returned bottle with leak /unopened and sealed/..and they did not exchange that....I was advised other "simply to buy a new one"..or to contact manufacturer for replasement!
Not very helpfull and not friendly at all!Unprofessional!
There is a small Landys in the other end of Temple Fortune-wanderful people!Friendly,smiling and professional...Will go only there from now on....

I am very sorry but I recall this incident clearly. You returned this bottle to us 1 month after purchase.
We explained at the time that this is far too long and had you brought it to us within 3 days of purchase that we would have refunded the money to you.

An old fashioned chemist which stocks everything you could wish or hope for. Friendly staff and knowledgeable pharmacists. Just a great experience this is the only place I will come for my pharmacy goods now. Online store very impressive, ship very fast!
