Tiger Cubz

Worse place to take your children, even if you were desperate for an activity. I would never recommend this place. The staff are absolutely rude, unfriendly and very racist. The manager always seems confused. The environment is always dirty, not to mention the toilets.
I don't even want to mention the low of the lowest classed families you find with their unruly children pushing and saying swear words to other children. I wish the centre can be closed, as I don't feel it is properly managed.
Even if you paid me, I will never go back there. I rated a 1 but if I had a choice would rate 0

I have been to this site a few times with my 5 year old and the kid loves it. Given the food could be a bit better and the toilet could do with a face lift and constant cleaning, it is still a great place to take the kids as has loads of leg room for kids to run around. The bouncy castle is great and the climbing frames are great fun for children. The staff have never been rude to me and they were very helpful when my daughter had her 2nd birthday party here. I would recormend this place for children but parents who cannot get up and have fun with their kids should not complain.

I would just like to say that i go to tiger cubz every weekend with my 5yr old son and we find the staff and place amazing

Tiger's Cubz in Thamesmead is an awful place. Very dirty. The staff are negligent, lazy and rude. Many of the people who go there are the lowest of the low, showing no manners or consideration for others. Quite a few of them are rasist/xenophobic. Staff doesn't do anything about all this. Many of the children are dirty, with speaking problems and constantly runny noses. Also, a child's friend contracted ringworm from this place. Food and drinks they offer are the worst possible kind of junk and highly overpriced. Avoid at all costs, even if they pay you.
