Nelly's

I have used Nelly's alteration services 5 or 6 times now and have been fully satisfied with her work on all occasions. Very handy location, good opening hours (she opens at 8am). Perhaps a little expensive but I think once you take into account the central London location then this is justified.

Used her a few times for suit alterations and always been spot on and on time :)

Be honest with clients about the abilitity to complete jobs rather than over promising and under delivering. Her prices are quite steep as well so of course expectations also increase with the price paid. i was horribly disappointed with her shoddy work on my wedding dress which i then had to pay someone to correct. absolutely horrendous and disgraceful customer service for the amount of money i paid her. she did an incomplete job and none of what she promised and refused to refund any of the fees. i will never patronize this business again nor recommend it to friends or colleagues.
