Tower Bridge Dry Cleaners

I wonder if there has been a change in management to account for the negative reviews. My client has been using Tower Bridge since at least 2015 to clean his expensive bespoke clothing and formalwear. He has never had any item lost or damaged, although occasionally they will mis-button the jackets, causing creases. (We remind them not to button the jackets at all, and this solves the problem.) We have had a wide variety of items cleaned with executive service: suits, waistcoats, sports coats, trousers, jumpers, scarves, shirts, plus black and white tie formal wear (with stiff collar pressing). Call Reda if you have any special requests or billing questions, as she is very attentive. Just this week, Ash and Adil come through for me in an emergency, going to extensive lengths to arrange an express cleaning before an important meeting -- resulting in their courier doing late night pickup/drop-off to meet our crazy schedule. Thank you for such excellent service.

Worst dry cleaners i have ever used. they ruined my wedding dress which cost me £1025, a Diane Von Furstenburg gown covered in white sequins, the dress was presented me with the stitching on the Hem undone, the hardware scratched, and lots of pulls everywhere. the only explanation they gave was, we cleaned according to the label. their personal reason for not covering hardware.

Use them regularly, especially their collection service. Very useful.

Avoid, avoid, avoid! At all costs. I took a new pair of Brooks Brothers trousers to shorten and they returned them with one leg MUCH shorter than the other, and permanently ruined... No apologies or refunds, only "you can have 50% off next pair you bring" - as IF!! Poor service, very disappointing

I have used these cleaners for dry cleaning and general laundry and they have always done an excellent job. They greet you with a smile and they are open on saturdays....what more could you want?

This dry cleaners are money grabbers, they will take the item tell you they need to get a quote come back with some big money figure, take the item and then when you got too collect it will tell you that it was not possible.
Youll get your item back messed up and out of pocket big money!
Theyre just sharlatens, they dont do their jobs good, wish i had not gone there, waisted alot of money and ruined a perfectly good coat,upset and angry
