By closing down Never go to these people they are really bad they damaged my Mac trying to open it
The prices always go up
You have to chase them all the time as they never phone you back
There is no customer service and they are very rude
When you confront them they will tell you that you damaged your own computer
If you give them a charger good luck getting that back
Because they will have no idea which one it is and will try to give you whatever power cable they can find
And even better they returned my Mac with no hard drive

Our Mac Air required a new logic board and we paid Apple Repairs £345. It stopped working about 6 months later, and it transpired that they had installed a USED logic board from a discarded Mac Air. In short, the circumstances that led to this discovery were highly embarrassing for us: we had to explain ourselves to a policeman, no less!

They have now stated to me that customers are always told when a used part is installed, which unambiguously - from our experience - is not correct.

I would treat any positive reviews with extreme caution.

We were hoping to support another local small business by using them instead of Apple, but huge mistake. Brought in office Mac for a graphics issue & picked it up the next day only to have hard drive crash. Extremely rude and unprofessional customer service. Returned the Mac for the hard drive replacement and when collected, the disc drive didn't function. Returned it for the THIRD visit to the shop. Forgot to return charger TWO times. Negative, unreasonable attitude even though they broke it. An expensive nightmare in our personal experience - made worse by extremely unwelcoming staff.

My iMac hard drive failed Apple Store at WHITE CITY LONDON told me it was a right off! I called apple repairs in london they provide me Excellent service, fast turnaround and a realistic cost.

I read the reviews and expected the worst but I found them to be helpful and efficient. I dropped my Macbook Pro 13 in at 1pm today to got a new glass screen installed (it cracked, not sure how but thats a whole other issue that I have with Apple). Apple would only replace the whole top part of the laptop for an excruciating amount of cash... these guys replaced the glass for £90.00, and it was done in an hour.. Apple's best turnaround time was 14 days. Compared with rip-off Apple stores these guys are good value...

These people are a complete ripp off. Any good reviews can only be written by them.. I dropped off my laptop computer they lost it then when they found it and "fixed " it it had exactly the same fault as before. I called then and they saud they would look at again but it costs me £50 therer and back. Got someone else in who just re installed Windows. I am suing them for a refund. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Replaced my MacBook screen with a Macbook Pro screen - won't argue - it works fine. But they forgot to return my case and charger and boy was that a job to get them back. Seem either very overworked or very disorganised with no plan B if they miss your deadline and a bit ratty.
ALso make sure you know the delivery charges up front, I don't recall them quoted to me.

Don't trust anything these people say. Had an e mail quote for a repair at £245, took it in, left the shop and 5 minutes later had a call to say they now wanted to charge £345 instead, claiming they "hadn't known it was an 11" screen (although I'd given them a clue with my question "how much to repair an 11" macbook screen?). Get the impression from other reviews that they try this on all the time. Total waste of time.

Avoid this company also called Apple Repairs in London as they seem to just prey on unsuspecting Mac users. After dropping in my computer I was very suspicious of their attitude and aggressive manner so thankfully I read the other reviews which reflected my experience so cIosely I didn't go ahead.

Total waste of money, time and energy. Unfortunately I've checked reviews late and as I see I'm not the only one and joining others saying don't go close to that place. Charged me £220 for Logic board repair and computer still not working. When I went back they've asked me to pay another £165 without even looking at my laptop. Over the phone they would promise to do anything for you but in person they would deny what they've said and will make you look like a lier. You want to slap those buggers which will mean more troubles for you. Just don't go there. Eventually I went to Apple Store and forgot about waisted £220.

Please Please DO NOT take your laptop here... they made me a price at the top of their head to fix my laptop. I brought my laptop there because it was running extremly slow, so it may of had virus. The people said they would put new software on the laptop. When i took my laptop home the computer was totally messed. Programmes that were working before wasnt working, i believe they put the wrong software in computer. I took it back to them, and they said they would do it again ( wasnt acknowledging the problem). When I took it home again it was doing the same thing, I took the laptop back into them, and they then said to me it was my problem. They said they will only sort it if i pay again. The problems that were happening NEVER EVER happened before. I believe they used old crap software on my new computer and believed they would get away with it. I know i could take this further, but I just havent got time for all this fighting, as it is my word against theirs. Never again will I go to a shop without having good feedback. I feel like i have thrown money down the drain and also need a new laptop. When i was explaining my problem about the laptop the made out they couldnt understand me ( However they understood me when I gave them the money previousl from my purse.) I had to use the library computer to write this as mine is messed up. I dont advise you to EVER take your laptop, computer, or anything here.... If you choose to then good look.

Do not take your laptop here! they are unscrupulous cowboys who lie and charge prices that seem to be made up on the spot and when they have your laptop in their hands they have you over a barrel. They overcharged me for a repair which I did on my credit card but as the amount was agreed over the phone (big mistake) and they didn't provide me with any paperwork (the laptop was delivered whilst I was out). They lie and are wholly unprofessional. I am unable to get back the overcharged sum as it is my word against theirs. Please use someone else!!!!!

Horrendous! Please don't take your laptop here. I decided not to go ahead with repairs with them; when I collected it what was working previously now wasn't - even the keyboard wasn't fitted properly. When I confronted them they became very rude and aggressive, called me a liar, the man even shut the laptop on my fingers. I was left shaking and in tears. When my boyfriend went in they also called him a liar, four of them rounded on him and threw him out of the shop. I received a phone call from someone in the store having a go at me this morning. I asked them to delete my number but then received another phone call this afternoon. I actually feel intimidated by them. Such a dreadful experience and I now fear that my laptop is irreparable.

They repaired my computer but the customer service was appalling. My laptop was covered with scratches and they refused to take any responsibility for it. Strongly recommend NOT to trust them with your computers.

These guys are total cowboys! Please do not trust them with your computers. They overcharge you and unfortunately my 'fixed' computer was more damaged than when I first entered the shop. My impression is that they don't actually have a clue! They shouldnt be in business! My £800 PC is now useless!
