Mac Repairs & Laptop Repairs

Absolutely terrible I went to this shop a few years ago the guy that owned it was great I went on the 14th of this month with my sons iPad so it was fixed for Christmas the man that’s taken over said it would take a day for the botton to be fixed I went to pick it up on the Friday and the shop was closed didn’t think anything of it so went back on the Monday again shop was closed saw a mobile number on the door finally got hold of the man he said the iPad was fixed and I could collect on the weds at 11am so went to go collect and the shop was closed again I rang and he said the shop had electricity issues and he would have the shop open at 12pm on Thursday still telling me my iPad was fixed went there at 12pm shop was closed rang the number mobile was off this went on until 2pm when he finally rang me and said he wasn’t going to be in the shop until 5pm I asked is my iPad done coz I need it back and he said yes it’s all done 5pm came and he rang and said oh there’s a problem with the botton but the home screens fixed which I didn’t even want done after hours finally at 7pm my partner had to go down to the shop as he had finally opened and take the iPad back which after 10 days of having it WASNT FIXED and lied and said it was so he has now ruined my sons Christmas as that’s what I was getting it fixed for absolute unprofessional liar who had not even tried to fix the botton on the iPad and just thought putting a new screen on it it would just work! TERRIBLE

Got my repair done with these guys , 1 hour job i had liquid damage & was told by apple my logic board was faulty & a cost of £959.00 Inc Vat these guys charged me £165.00 My Macbook Pro Touchbar works brilliantly Thanks Steve
