I had a problem with my laptop recently, so I took it along here to see if they could fix it and they said they would take a look at it for free and then let me know how much it would cost before they did it. So I left it with them and the next day I got a call saying that the hard drive had died and it would take this much to fix it and take this long or I could just have a backup of the data I had on it or just take it away, I was happy with the price so I told them to go ahead and the next day day I had my computer back good as new. When I picked it up they were very good and were happy to answer any questions I had and even when I got home and was unsure about something and I gave them a call, they were happy to give me some advice.

So overall a very good service a lot better then I have had when I have taken it to PC world for repair and cheaper too!
