fantastic place to find a cheap new Laptop or TV. Had my computer repaired {new Screen] only £99 + vat fitted. family run freindly place will go back time & time again.

I love the people who run the business, never would go to someone else!
There is always very friendly and impartial advice for you (free of charge), lots of bargains, and whatever you are looking for can be found at their shop at fraction of the big chain prices. There is PC World and Comet much closer to me, and I used to start my shopping from there. But I ended up every time at the Compuchange shop. Cartridge, memory sticks, and other miscellaneous are the best and the most affordable there. Check them out! I do trust them, recommended them to my friends. Great people, great service, great prices.

I have been a customer of Compuchange for many years and would never allow anybody else to be invovlved with my several computers. They are always curteous and give very helpful and practical advice, and their servicing of the various computers is always efficient. I have recommended several friends and they all are of the same opinion.

I have had a really bad experience of these people and would never want to go to them again. Their customer service is pretty dreadful.
They failed to fix my computer once so I took it back and they tried a second time (to their credit, not charging me for it). 1 week or so later after I get it back, it's starting to fail all over AGAIN.
All during this time they had my machine, they make a lot of promises with their customer service as to how they'll call you to tell you what's wrong, how long it will take etc - but no-one ever does. I had to phone them endlessly to try and get any kid of answers at all only to be given promised call backs/ progress update that never ever happened even once.
Phoning them, their miserable-sounding answer machine almost gives a foretaste of the service you can expect (which in my opinion isn't far off the mark at all).
Bottom line - two visits, and problem still not properly fixed, I am out of £115 and lost over a month in my computer not being available to me when I needed it badly.
I will never use these people again for any kind of repair job let alone buy anything from them.
A big store may be expensive - but at least you know what you are paying for.
