They are terrible, if u want your computer coming back with out the screws & ram it went out with and other parts missing go there!

This company are now known as applerepairsinlondon, they are terrible as mentioned above.
I sent a white macbook in, they sent a black one of a lower spec back, and are now trying to claim that this was what was sent despite me giving them the serial number of my white macbook.

Avoid at all costs, they might seem cheap but they are very bad to deal with. They do not return calls, and ignore you

really bad experience with them after sending in my macbook for repair by post. They always say they will call you back at some point and never do. Its a constant effort to get ANYWHERE with them. Then they sent my laptop back to some other customer who managed to get in touch with me, who says that he hasn't got his back yet either and has been sent 2 other laptops that aren't his. Still haven't got mine back
Something very dodgy going on.
