Amazing services and best shop to come to if you need to get your parcels sorted and sent

The owner of the store (or the guy that’s always there) was very rude, went in to use the Royal Mail service on Sunday and he took one parcel and then told me his going to go on lunch and I had to come back at 3 to give the rest of my parcels! I already had my parcels out and had the QC code for my returns and he just closed the service right in front of me and said his going. No customer service from this guy! Literally took his bag and walked away from me telling me it’s his lunch time. Why would you take one parcel and not the other parcels? I literally had to walk back home with all my parcels. Very rude and ruined my whole day, was not expecting this behaviour from him considering I am a regular customer :/
