Some of our employees attended Wimbledon tennis today and we took them packed lunches (wellbeing perk), 1 of the people who work at McCluskeys waited until the 2 ladies were on their own and our employees had gone and conducted a dreadful verbal attack on them. He accused us of selling food (we absolutely were not doing that) and damaging their trade. He made a personal and sexist remark against one of the ladies who was helping and was verbally abusive in a threatening way to both of them - he left both females distraught. Another man from the shop came out and was also verbally abusive to them
Our team were only trying to do something nice for our employees and were left shaking and distressed at this incident. I will be reporting to the police.

I use the shop on a regular basis and have always received polite and helpful service.
