Albion Food & Wine

I have lived around the corner of Albion Food and Wine for 40 years. Some of us still refer to this shop as Londis, which was its name, many years ago. Ozi and his family ran this shop for many years. Ozi was the kindest shopowner you could ever wish for. Many of us turned up at the Mosque for his funeral to give respect to his family and to thank their contribution to this community over many years.

The transition to a post Osi managed set of shops has been a continuation of kindness, good humour and a joy to shop for whatever one needs. They are open to suggestions as to what to stock and ALL the staff build a warm relationship with ALL the customers. Front line staff have to deal with so many different situations in the course of a day. I visit the shops every day and have always left admiring the staff.

The handling of customers who enter, already in a bad mood, are always going to be a challenge. I have continually witnessed the staff handling any situation in way that is both proffesional, warm. friendly and most importantly, appropriate.

Of course I have my own favorite members of staff but to name them would be unfair. All the staff are great and I would challenge any shoppers who would attempt to change my opinion.

All there is left to say is THANK YOU and carry on the good service you provide to this community.
