EC1 Dental Care

This is the best Dental Practice that I have been to in London. I saw Chris Smith who I highly recommend. He is professional, talks you through procedure in a calming manor. I have root canal which was pain free. I can’t imagine going anywhere else in the future.

Prior to my emergency appointment made for me by the NHS, I did feel apprehensive and nervous after reading some of the negative reviews. I need not have worried as the reception area was spacious, airy and nicely decorated. The receptionist was friendly and helpful too. I was seen on time by the Dentist. He took the time to listen to the problems I was experiencing with my tooth and was so in depth with explaining the diagnosis that it went over my head!! I was prescribed antibiotics and was given an appointment within 6 days of this one for the extraction of my tooth. Highly recommend!

This dental center is ridiculous, if you had an appointment with one dentist once, you won't be allowed to go to see any other dentists.

After nearly 3 weeks waiting, my appointment was cancelled just 2 hours before, due to above reason.

I recommended it to my manager before, i definitely will stop doing that.

If you want to give it a try, make sure you choose the right dentist from the first appointment. Good luck!

I fractured my tooth badly and 111 booked this dentist for an emergency fix as my dentist was not available

I was asked to sit down on the dental chair and describe my situation.

After I told her I don't feel much pain, she replied 'we only treat those in pain and need immediate attention'. I said part of my tooth is flapping around and can't eat properly so I need help. She finally helped (unwillingly) & stick my tooth together temporarily, but after a day its fractured again.

I'll never use her again even for free.

Solid service, did what was required - didnt try and sell me items i didnt need or want.

Doesnt look amazing from outside but service makes up for that!
