We had a chair reupholstered through them just before Xmas. The pre-sale spiel was all excellent of course, but their communications left a lot to be desired and the promised pick-up of Xmas Eve was blatantly ignored (despite me confirming very clearly with the woman there)! Despite complaining on their answerphone I've rudely had no response at all. I have to say the finished job looks great, but that's kudos to the actual upholsterer not L&S themselves, who just pass the furniture onto them
