Avoid this place at all costs! I spent a few hundred pounds for 2 roller blinds. On several occasions they were damaged on arrival and had to go back and on other occasions the owner simply did not "turn up" and I had paid up front. Eventually he did fit them, but one blind had a defective chain and the other was put up wonky. He said he would be back after his holiday to fix the chain and straighten up the blind but after several calls no one has rectified the problem even though appointments were made, and on the last call to Murat he put the phone down on me. I could have taken to the small claims court but for a couple of hundred quid couldn't be bothered. The reality is, I had a lucky escape as I was going to have all of my windows done. Please avoid disappointment and shop somewhere else as these people take your money and disappear. If I could have given a zero rating, I WOULD HAVE.

I ordered a curtain and cushion covers since 12/08/19. The curtain was delivered in a bad condition, I was expecting my covers. Their manager in old kent road London by the name of Murat came to fit the curtain and ran away so quick without delievery my cushion and when I called him, he told me they were not ready and he will deliver them in two days time. Up to date he hasn't deliver them. Everytime I call the shop, he will tell the worker to tell me that he is away from the country. Since then they have been avoiding me
