Despite having complained about this to them they are still taking money and then handling unwrapped cheese and ham. This is not hygienic.

Nice deli ingredients, and I have shipped in the deli a few times with no complaints..but the new cafe is terrible; we waited 45mins for 4 sandwiches. We were told there would be a delay due to order backlog, after 30 mins we asked when we would get the sandwiches and were told 6 mins exactly; 4mins to make, 2 mins to toast- another 15mins passed. Not impressed, and quite rude service. It wasn't a difficult order but these guys seem to have trouble with the most simple service.

A lovely place but a shame that they seems to overprice a lot of their stuff particularly things that you can get in a regular supermarket.
