They do not answer phone calls. Seems like a third class service

The worst Courier service one could opt. DX received my passport from the VFS office on 30th June and today is 3rd June and I haven't received my passport yet, they messaged me that it will be deliver on 3rd June which is why I opt for work from home and they didn't deliver it and I am travelling to overseas in 1 day and I can't even reach out to them to go and collect my passport so that I can travel. I am surely going to file a lawsuit against them, given their unprofessional service will made me miss my flight.
DX charges £30 to not deliver your passport,
I would recommend using the royal mail, atleast they are professional and provide the service as they are paid for.

Won't answer the phone. So what's the pint of having it there.
Totally pointless, and as previous use said. Just cuts you off.

It would be very helpful if they Answered the phone number listed! Tried calling three times, rings & rings then cuts you off!
