I visited the Emergency Dentist over the Christmas period. I suppose it goes without saying, that I was anxious and apprehensive. I was welcomed at the door by a lovely receptionist, Maya, I believe her name was. Her warm smile helped to ease my nerves .After filling out some paperwork, it was only a matter of minutes before I saw Dr Ali.

After listening to my concerns and a brief examination, he got straight to the diagnosing my most immediate concern as TMJ and clenching at night. As I had an appointment with my regular dentist in the New Year, he suggested following up my other issues with them. He prescribed me some anti-inflammatories to deal with the immediate issue, which helped a great deal and enabled me to rest.

During the consultation, he was kind, humorous, patient and informative. He explained his diagnosis clearly, so that I understood the What's, Why's and How's. He gave me great lifestyle advice and support, about how I might take care TMJ, which having followed proved spot on.

I got the impression that his main concern was looking after me and not trying to get lots of money out of me. Upon leaving, he kindly suggested that if I had any questions or concerns, that I could call up and speak with him. A couple of weeks later, I did call back and his answers to my questions were once again reassuring.

I had a really positive experience of visiting this dentist. If you are struggling with pain or other dental issues, I would have no doubt recommending this dental practice to you.

Only use this dentist now , totally confident in ther work practise, very pleasant. Nd explains everything clearly, they helped me when no one else could , would recommend to everyone who is apprehensive z as bout dentists , these people will put your mind at rest

Very very god service. Seen on time on a Sunday when no one else could help. Tooth removed without drama, and with minimum discomfort. Would recommend for emergency dentist tooth removals.

Very good emergency dentist, have used them a few times now. Good value for money. Modern and honest. I never feel rushed or cheated, very good. It is private service, so expect to pay, but it's worth it.

Went with major toothache and a denture that had been poorly fitted a few years ago elsewhere and was desperate. Have to comment on the fantastic service up front first of all. The repairs and subsequent advice and replacement denture I got were so good am now using Crystal as my main dentist. Would recommend to anyone - especially in an emergency.

Came here with the toothache from hell, literally felt like i was in purgatory. 33 minutes later i was at this clinic and treated with such care that i felt compelled to recommend. Fantastic, excellent and professional emergency dentist service.

What an amazing place. I broke my front crown when I fell over whilst roller skating! This left me looking a bit gappy and properly stressed as going on holiday the next day. Rang at 8pm and was booked in for 10pm so legged it across from Witham in Essex! I was greeted warmly and professionally. The dentist was a joy, extremely talented, very funny and completely put me at ease. He made a temp crown which was a life saver to get me thro my holiday and I can then get a perm one done at my local dentist. The price was reasonable too! Wish I was more local as would def register there.

I needed emergency treatment for a broken wisdom tooth. I had had the problem for some time but had been too nervous of dentists to have anything done about it. Finally the pain was too much and I am so glad at ended up at Crystal Dental Care. Dr Aly was friendly, reassuring and very understanding. He removed the tooth painlessly, to my eternal relief! I would recommended Crystal to anybody.
