What a terrible experience!
Was looking for a local dentist near to my work in Uxbridge to cut down travelling time and found Mydentist via NHS website. Booked my appointment at 09.40 and arrived 10 minutes early and filled out all the appropriate forms for registration.
Look i'm a patient man, but I see one after the other people entering and being seen straight away, I waited until 10.15 and approached the receptionist and said "helloooooo remember me ?????" She replied "oh sorry I forgot to book you in" and apologized, Couldn't believe my ears, She reassured me that I would be seen next? The door opens and the Dentist appeared and called the Gentleman sat next to me who had just arrived a few minutes earlier. At this moment i'm at boiling point and told her i'm going. You wont guess what she said next, "Would you like to make another appointment?" I replied "are you joking?" Told her this was unexceptional behavior and refus
