Shocking customer service. A disgraceful lack of service and empathy. They do work that doesn't need to been done and the customer service is appalling and very rude staff. Avoid at all cost.

I have used the gale street dentist for over 40 years.The staff are very helpful when you need help urgently the dentists are always good.please remember in these times to be courteous to the reception staff who are doing Avery hard job in the current time.A thank you goes along way.
