I bought. Pencil case 19 Denver not realising the zip was faulty. I tried to return it only to be told I had to return the after within one week. This is incorrect and goes against statutory legal obligations.

Your customer service it’s terrible!!! Some of your staff are really rude and unprofessional in the till!! On my last visit one of your staff just told bad things To her college about customer and laughing at them when I was paying! What kind of service is that??? It happened on 19th of December around 5pm.
