Wanted to leave a review based on a poor customer service experience I faced recently. I am new in Stratford, so looked at the good reviews first to judge myself before leaving a negative review. Found 3 x positive reviews (one in each year 2018, 2019 & 2020). We are in 2022 and I suppose the counter staff (with inadequate customer service skills) and management (perhaps with no caliber to manage the team?) might have changed since those reviews. Not sure whom to blame though I suppose it’s the management fault if the frontline staff has no customer service skills and I really doubt that he/she has not observed so far that the staffs make fun of customer and treat people differently. Again not sure if it was just to me due to me being an elderly?. I would not recommend this pharmacy under the current management.

I use this pharmacy regularly and have always found the staff to be polite and pleasant. It's important to support our local independent pharmacies and their performance justify us doing so.

I use this Pharmacy frequently and have done since it opened. It is excellent. The staff are unfailingly friendly and helpful and the Pharmacists very professional. It’s a excellent community resource and highly recommended.

The best pharmacy I have visited, the staff and the pharmacist are so helpful, they will go out of their way to help you out. Definately reccomended, keep up the good work, and thank you for all your help over the years.

I have been using this pharmacy since 2007 and where it used to be Ok the staff have become more and more arrogant; they walk off half way through polite interaction and eye roll if there is any confusion with my prescription. The final straw was there putting the charge through twice on my card claiming it hadn't gone through. That wasn't the issue, but it was the way the Pharmacist made his decision through the hatch without even glancing at the card machine, or the slip of paper already printed with ink in a line in the manner of a receipt that has got stuck in the printer. When it went through the second time in the same manner he still wasn't at the till, but refused a refund and soley phoned the card company. Obviously, they couldn't tell him anything until the next day. The next day the pharmacist hadn't left direction for the staff for me to get my refund. So, they thought it best to ignore and laugh at me instead. I recommend they work on customer service.
