Today they delivered a prescription which I asked for this morning. Superb professional service. Always helpful with a smile. Jus what is needed today and deserving of my continuing custom. Excellent!

My wife and I require specific tablets on repeat prescriptions. Invariably when I sought these elsewhere I ended up with generic tablets rather than the specific brand that we requested. I must have tried at least 90% of chemist shops in the London area however none of these could guarantee-or even promise-that I would get what I wanted. Eventually I came across a pharmacist in the Elephent& Castle area who suggested that I try Barkers at Clapham Junction. The rest,as they say is history. I get what I want(most of the time!) On the rare occasion that a make of tablet is not available I am offered a replacement for that particular time only and am back on our usual brand after 4 weeks. The staff are courteous,polite and very helpful-especially the young members, male & female, of the dispensing team. I have to travel a fair distance to Falcon Road passing many chemist shops on the way.However it is worth the extra time & trouble to get treated as a valued customer rather than suffer the off-hand approach of most of the other outlets that I have done business with.
