They are a friendly, efficient, and amazingly personal service who are happy to help, get to know customers, and always offer great advice. They also provide good extra services--eg Covid and Flu vax, BP checks, and even with small staff, will deliver to disabled if needed. They are warm, helpful, knowledgeable, and lovely!

I live closer to the Boots store on Tottenham Court Road. But for some reason I prefer the nearby Grafton Pharmacy much more; everyone's so kind and polite, and the service is excellent. I was particularly grateful to find on a few occasions, they'd dropped off my elderly and unwell father's medicine to his house.

Excellent dispensing chemist, which compares favourably to Boots (nearby), where the wait seems sometimes excessively long. On toiletries, prices can sometimes be a little higher than Boots, but this local chemist is strongly recommended.
