I have used Boots pharmacy twice now for a prescription of the same drug. It is something that has to be ordered so I appreciate that I can drop it in on my way to work and collect on my way home, before boarding my train.
However, being told now on two occasions to come anytime from 16.30 only to arrive at approx 18.00 and find the items still not being ready - i.e counted and checked and on the first occasion having been ordered incorrect I find this not such a reliable service.
PLEASE Boots if you cannot live up to your promises, stop giving them! Tell us next day if thats easier, not keep us hanging on at the store and missing trains!

I have been using Boots chemist in Euston for a number of years and especially in relation to securing my repeat prescriptions. The staff are caring, helpful, responsive and efficient at all times. I think they should be commended for their sevice to customers. It is a very busy chemists and they always make you feel that your custom is important and they go out of their way to help. Well done.
