DO NOT GO HERE, TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT & CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!

DO NOT GO HERE & AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

I was driving along Colney Hatch Lane in the late afternoon around 4pm and there was standstill traffic outside. I was in a traffic jam outside this store and happened to stop directly outside in front of the entrance where the gates where.

As I looked to my left, a warehouse trolley came hurling down the hill (the entrance was upon a hill) at an extremely fast pace and hit the passenger side of my car, causing SEVERE damage to my passenger door, denting and scratching it ALL over.

I was sat in my car helpless in traffic as I saw it rolling down the hill and couldn't do anything about it. I could not move my car as there was a car directly in front and behind me. I was completely shaken up.

After pulling up on the side of the road ahead, I went into store to speak to the manager hoping for some assistance for the damage caused to my car by a warehouse trolley which was owned by this company.

The manager denied ANY responsibility and refused to help in any way at all. She was EXTREMELY RUDE and uncompassionate. She said it wasn't the company's problem at all and that we should leave the store.

The warehouse trolley belonged to the store and was left unattended by a customer or an employee. It wasn't secured or kept in a safe place. Regardless, it was the company's responsibility to address this matter and provide compensation.

This time it was my car that got hit. What if it was a person?? A child or an elderly person?? That person would be seriously injured. Who would pay for those injuries caused??? Would they deny any responsibility then too?

I have not come across a manager this RUDE, unhelpful or ill-mannered before. She dealt with the entire situation in the WORST way possible, refused to take any accountability and completely pretended like it did not happen. As a manager she was not professional AT ALL.

I would avoid this store completely. Their management and the way they handled the entire situation was APPALLING. Absolutely DISGUSTED with how I was treated in there.

The damage caused by the trolley to my car was considerable. I followed up with emails and letters addressed to the Directors of the company but was not given any help at all. I have ended up spending £800 to fix the damages to my car!!!!
