The Queens Road Partnership

It doesn't matter what I do or how I approach this situation, they will not see me. I have been trying to get help with my back for 6 weeks. I've been to the hospital and I've had the paramedics at my house. All disgusted with the neglect I've received from Queens Road Partnership, and that the only way I can get the help I need is through my GP. I'm now housebound and unable to walk more than a couple of metres, and they still won't see me. I'm so angry and upset. I'm desperate and all they can do is tell me to watch my language. I CAN'T WALK!!!

For the 2nd time in 6 weeks my husband has been told he does not have an appointment, when he did , he has had to stay in reception and argue the case until they realise they have made a mistake, to also witness other patients begging for prescriptions that should have been sorted weeks ago is disgraceful, the receptionist shows no level of care and are a disgrace to the their occupation, more needs to be done to get this surgery up to a standard that is acceptable to all
