This is the worst surgery I have ever belonged to. The appointments system is ridiculous and they are due to bring in changes to make it even more impossible to book an appointment. This does not cater for working people and the reception staff are unhelpful to say the least. They need to make significant improvements to their appointments system and remember that they are there to provide a service to the local community. I will be changing surgery as a result of the poor experience here.
