UP Domestic

I bought a freezer on 30/09/2023, it was faulty leaks water from the bottom. I complained about it the following weeks. They send someone after calling them about 20 times after 2 weeks, after that they made several visits agin after making many many phone calls. They said they will replace the freezer as it’s faulty, they admit it’s faulty, it’s been 5 months they don’t answer phone calls anymore.
