We had ordered material to fix our machines the owner had said he expertises in repairs for all appliances the owner had said he would arrive to fix the damage and but had stranded us along for several weeks going on to months. The owner and the workers are not to be trusted and products are a not suitable for house hold! Boycott this place and brand extremely rude and sexist!!!

Bought a double oven cooker in July 2023. When delivered and installed 2 hours late, the owner asked for beer money for his colleague. This is now October and a rear burner is not working, the grill ignites sporadically, the bottom oven no longer ignites and the cooker knobs have melted underneath. I spoke to the manufacturer and it was determined that the cooker was from 2020.In summary, an old cooker was sold and turned out to be faulty in 3 months. Based on my experience, Do Not Buy from Hi-tech Appliances Centre. There is no guarantee that the appliance will be new or in good working order.
