Ruined buttons on my coat. Told the guy serving me that the paint had been taken off them, he rudely told me that is how the buttons have always been. I bought the buttons especially for the coat so I know exactly how they looked when I dropped the coat off a few days before. Feel really annoyed at how I was treated in the shop and more annoyed how he ruined the buttons. DO NOT GO HERE, Your item will get ruined and have get mansplained that there is nothing wrong with something that is clearly ruined.
He also refused to give me a receipt
