Premier Dry Cleaners

I have been here twice. First time early last month in December 2022. Took two items for dry cleaning. The cleaning took a minimum of a week which I think was too long. The second occasion, I was given another ten days to clean a jeans and a jumper and I asked a lady there why their dry cleaning takes so long that I wanted it sooner. She told me to collect on the 6th day. On arrival just before their closing time, she says my jumper was not ready that I could collect my jeans if I wanted. I wasn't amused whatsoever and questioned why their cleaning takes so long. No apology was forthcoming if anything, disgusting attitude. The following day on pick up of my items I saw a man who says he owns the dry cleaning shop. I complained to him about it, he offered no apology and gave me a rather disgusting look. I was never rude to them whatsoever. They obviously don't value my business and rather think they were doing me a favour. I made it clear, I will never go there again and take my business elsewhere that I am valued.
To summarise, disgusting attitude from a staff and the owner. Nicer dry cleaners around with a quick turnover that values their customers
