Absolutely awful! Two alterations, hemming in both was atrocious, loose and some sections haven’t even been touched, left flapping about.
Also, No customer service manners during my visits to drop off and collect my clothes. Shame as in years past, it was managed differently.
Will not be returning and do NOT recommend!

I am not aware of this . We do take complains seriously . We have three tailors working to give best service . We have best policy in place as if any customer not happy with our service will get free Drycleaning what they have paid for alterations . We are all humans and do mistakes . It can be a error from our end which I am not aware of . Thx
