Fresh Collection

THIS IS THE WORSE PLACE I HAVE BEEN TO IN MY LIFE. They burnt my dress and didn't take responsibility for it.
I tried to speak to the manager of this place for more than 2 weeks which proved to be impossible. Poor service, low quality, bad manners. If you take anything to this Dry cleaners, you will not get it back in one piece. It's also overpriced!
DO NOT USE THIS DRY CLEANER!!

The WORST service I have ever experienced in my life! Took a shoe in to be repaired in its "supposed" 48 hour service. When I returned to the shop 72 hours later I was told it had not been done and I would have to come back in a further two days!
On my return a couple of days later at lunch time I was told my shoe would not be delivered to the store till 4pm. (I had not been told to come after a specific time) Therefore I had to wait in the west end til 4pm in which then I was told they had lost my shoe in transit. I left my number with one of their employees who said they would search their other shops for my shoe however they did not call me. I then had to call them to tell me they had LOST my number aswell. I was then told to return to the shop with my other shoe in order for them to compare. I returned to the west end for my 4TH time to give them my shoe. I waited four days constantly ringing the shop asking them where it was until after 14 days I final was called by a manager and told they had officially lost my shoe.

I do not know whether this poor service is because I am a female student with less authority in comparison to the majority of their clients who are business worker however I feel they did not make any effort to help me in this predictement. I spent a total of £20 pounds in tube faires heading back and forth to the shop and as well as a loss of £50 for the shoe. I was offered a credit note to the shop as compensation which I found laughable that they would ever think that I would want to use this company again.

My advice is to stick to local cobblers and dry cleaners who have a personable and caring attitude to customer services. Larger corporations such as Fresh Collection are just a money making businesses who see their customers as numbers and figures.

Such a disapointing service for a company in the heart of busy Bond Sreet, a location where you would expect a certain proffesionalism which is ddefinitely missing in Fresh Collectio
