Queen's Dry Cleaners

Took my brand new Armani jeans to be dry cleaned as they were a very dark indigo,when I picked them up they looked and smelt as if they had just been washed in a washing machine.
The colour has faded and their is a white line running down both legs on the jeans.
If I wanted them washed I would have done this at home and done a better job and it wouldn't have cost £5.50.
Completely ruined them and they cost over £100.
Avoid this place,the owner tried to tell me that if he dry cleaned them then all the colour would have come out,he must think I was born yesterday.
Just won't take responsibility for ruining them.

It is under new management and has changed for better. The staff is very polite and hard working. Work is of professional standard and I am now a regular customer.

Fast cheap and friendly service from experience staff will recommend friends and family

Unfortunately they are not very good..
Given them 3 chances,
Not ready with silly excuses each time..
Wouldn't bother.
