I find the service very good indeed. Left my jacket with them and forgot all about it, but many many moons later they had retained it (some would have binned it).
I live around the corner from Whistle, take my suits there all the time and have never had a bad experience with them.

My shirts were still dirty with make up around the neck ! I gave them back again but they made me pay twice.
Another day I wanted to give only a couple if shirts and she told me I could give a minimun if 5 or 7 shirts!!!
