Stitch n Fix

My grandaughters £159 coat had a 2 centimeter clean cut in it.After reading the reviews it was decided to take it in for repair.Wrong decision when it was collected it had a huge patch on it.The stitching wasn't even straight.We took it to another shop to see if they could repair the repair as it looks awful.They said if they take the big patch off there will probably be holes from where the patch was stitched on to the fine material.
My grandaughter is very upset as we had told her it would only have a small patch.
I am unable to add any images as the coat is in the other repair shop.
