Mayfair Dry Cleaner

I had used Trend dry cleaners a few times for dark coloured suits without issues. I took my designer brightly coloured dress to them. The first time I went to collect looked like it hadn’t been touched - there were light water marks on the front of the skirt area from spilling a drink. They agreed and cleaned it - I went to collect second time around and the marks on the skirt had gone but a brown stain appeared on the top bust section of the dress. I wasn’t happy about this because it wasn’t there before and was clearly stained in the process of them cleaning the dress. They agreed to remove the stain. I went to collect for the third time and there were still smaller brown stains on the dress, I wasn’t happy with the finish but they bullied me into paying for the work. I felt intimidated by the 2 men serving me and they were rude saying I should pay double. Their customer service could be improved hugely, I wouldn’t recommend using this dry cleaners for precious/ delicate it

Friendly and chatty staff, very useful and high quality dry cleaning.... Would recommend.
