Useful Tips from AIL Users

Try their MOTH treatment service, I had this issue in my flat and got my clothes treated from them also using some medicine given by them for future safety.

Don't go here. They pressed in a stain and then blamed me for not pointing it out, arguing that the trousers had been steamed, not pressed which was clearly not true. They overlocked something white which I was having shortened with black stitching, and then lost it when I asked them to redo it. Calls for replacement went ignored. They fixed the loop on a coat with regular black thread and when I asked them to redo it, replaced both sides with thick rope as opposed to anything like what was there originally. Throughout both the woman who is there in the week and her manager, who claims to be there every Saturday but isn't, were really rude and generally unapologetic - always turning the blame on me. It was also odd: when i first spoke to the man he was apologetic and made me uncomfortable when suggesting the woman was going to lose her job over this (obviously not something I was looking for) but the next time he shouted at me and said it was all my fault!

I showed up to the shop at 18h53 and according to the hours it says they're open until 19h00. Upon getting to the door within the store hours I find a locked door with a man behind the counter folding shirts or what not and I said I have some shirts to dry clean but he didn't seem to care. The gentlemen was more pre-occupied with his work he was doing to get out of the store at exactly 7 o'clock rather than servicing other clients until 7 and wouldn't offer to help.

I thought I had built a rapport as I've been going here for the past few months (6 times or so). Extremely disappointed and given the friendliness of all staff thus far I would've never expected this....disappointing...

However this is almost a silver lining as the quality of the clean has been dropping and my shirts coming back mediocre clean. Still minor stains and not a fresh smell, seems like they've cut corners wherever they can. Worst experience and they have just lost a customer. This is probably

Best dry Cleaners in this area. I have been using them for last 6 months and never had any issues. Customer service is excellent. Love their email service notification which is very handy. Would definitely recommend!

Customer service is beyond terrible. Be aware that they state that they take no responsibility for loosing any item that they have accepted for cleaning. I will be reporting them to trading standards as this is not legal.

Save yourselves the trouble and go to the one 1 min away and in the main road. I haven't had any problems with them.

I had given a mac in for cleaning, two weeks later and on collection it wasn't properly cleaned so I asked it to be done again. A combination of being away and being unable to get to the store before it closed caused the delay. I'd gone to collect it a further two weeks later and they were unable to find my jacket and said that they'd call me when it was found. A week after that I'd gone in because I hadn't received a call and it was there but the belt was missing. I'd had to pay to take the jacket away and it was this occasion that I was told by 'Adam' the manager that they take no responsibility for lost items...it says so in
