I thought I had built a rapport as I've been going here for the past few months (6 times or so). Extremely disappointed and given the friendliness of all staff thus far I would've never expected this....disappointing...
However this is almost a silver lining as the quality of the clean has been dropping and my shirts coming back mediocre clean. Still minor stains and not a fresh smell, seems like they've cut corners wherever they can. Worst experience and they have just lost a customer. This is probably

Save yourselves the trouble and go to the one 1 min away and in the main road. I haven't had any problems with them.
I had given a mac in for cleaning, two weeks later and on collection it wasn't properly cleaned so I asked it to be done again. A combination of being away and being unable to get to the store before it closed caused the delay. I'd gone to collect it a further two weeks later and they were unable to find my jacket and said that they'd call me when it was found. A week after that I'd gone in because I hadn't received a call and it was there but the belt was missing. I'd had to pay to take the jacket away and it was this occasion that I was told by 'Adam' the manager that they take no responsibility for lost items...it says so in
