I recently had the pleasure of using Fresh Touch Dry Cleaners to clean my three feather winter coats, and I am beyond impressed with their service. The coats came back looking absolutely pristine, as though they were brand new! The quality of the cleaning was simply amazing.
What really stood out was the level of customer service. I was running late and called the shop to see if they could wait for me an extra 5 minutes, and it was no problem at all. When I arrived, my items were beautifully wrapped and packed in suitable carry bags, which made transporting them so much easier.
I was also handed a helpful leaflet with detailed information about their services and was offered a free pick-up and drop-off service at no extra cost since I live locally, which is such a thoughtful and convenient touch.
Overall, Fresh Touch provides outstanding service from start to finish, and I will definitely continue using them. Highly recommended!
