Probably one of the worst dry cleaners I have ever used. Unfriendly, expensive & lost my shirts, terrible at dealing with people. Unbelievably rude & completely unrepentant.
I have never been treated like this as a consumer.

Perkins should become much more customer friendly and improve significantly the quality of the service they provide.
I haved used and compared many dry cleaners in London and must unfortunately admit this one is probably the worst I have tried.
Hopefully they will improve!

This dry cleaner and alteration service is just fabulous! It was on time and i had never had my clothes so good as new. The stitching was perfect as well. I am just so impressed! I recommend this to everyone wanting their old clothes back to new. Ambassador service is just amazing as well. I will continue using Perkins dry cleaning, they're just fantastic.
