Tuxedo Express

I have my shirts done here. They do a good job and they use perfume-less powder, which I care about, but I think they're expensive, 14.50 for five shirts.

I tried this cleaners four times and each time I had problems. I finally spoke with the owner and told him my clothes were dirty and not pressed, he told me to pay or he would destroy my clothes.

I recommend no one use this cleaners - they cannot do an adequate job and the service is awful.

When I first went to Tuxedo Express in Covent Garden they were fine and had no complaints.

I went the second time to place a white coat in and I would just like to say there customer service was appaling.

The coat did not look clean and they left a mark on the coat.

I know for a fact if there were marks before hand they would of marked it incase they did not come out.

I was appaled with the way the guy who cleaned my coat spoke to me, saying "it is not my problem"

He told me to leave the coat and come back, when I came back for it it still looked unclean charging me £14.50

I am disappointed with the customer service, I felt they were rude and were unwilling to take the blame for leaving a mark.

I will not be going back.
