Hither Green Dry Cleaners

I went to this Dry Cleaners on a recommendation from someone who use there Services. Firstly the only and I mean only reason its getting one star is because I can't get it to minus 10 . I recently gave out about £70 of Dry Cleaning and the horror and shame when I went to collect it . It looked worse that when it went in . I am so annoyed and upset because 4 of the garment I sent to be cleaned was a present from my Sister who is now Deceased. So it devastating and the even recleaned and told me that how I sent it in . I don't know who gave them the licence to actually say that the are Professional Cleaners . You couldn't pay me to use them again.

Should be minus stars (they shouldn’t even get 1). Worst place ever. I took in hundreds of pounds worth of clothes for a simple wash and dry. When I went back the guy dumped them in a pile on the counter with no care whatsoever - the pile still looked unwashed and mega crumpled to start with (also noticed areas that had clearly not been cleaned). To start with I thought ‘whatever, they are just not good at their jobs’ but when I actually got home I realised that thread had been ripped out of most TShirts… there was so much thread pulled out of some sections it had reshaped the items. The clothes were brand new and the guy was telling me I should have checked them first with a patronising smile on his face. I didn’t care about the money - it was just the terrible service and trying to push the blame and take no responsibility that was irritating. I’ve heard other people say that their clothes have been ruined there too (since I mentioned where I went). Had to wash the clothes again.
