Goldstar Dry Cleaners

Horrendous. They wash your suits instead of dry cleaning as it saves them money! Absolutely horrendous service. Ruined two suits by WASHING them instead of dry cleaning them and had the cheek to tell me it was I who got the suits wet! With so many bad reviews elsewhere I wish I had looked them up before using them. Never again! I will be sure to check the reviews and smell chemicals being used in my next dry cleaners-not washing detergent! A drycleaner is supposed to do just that-DRY CLEAN! Do not get your clothes destroyed. Avoid these jokers at all costs

Very satisfied and happy with the result. I was looking for a cleaners near Canary wharf that didn't charg ridiculous prices and i certainly found one.

What excellent service and for a great price! Staff are polite and very helpful and I couldn't fault the dry cleaning and tailoring service I received! I will defiantly be using Gold Stars Dry Cleaners again in the near future. Highly recommended!

A very good and speedy service. Gave a whole luggage full of clothes to be washed. They washed and folded the clothes back into the luggage and didnt charge me a fortune!! will be back here in the future.

I was recently recommended to try Gold Star by some friends who have been using them for years. I decided to give them a go and to be honest I have been pleasantly surprised about how good they actually are.

They warned me before taking a silk blouse I had and made me aware of the possible damage that could happen, this is something not a lot of cleaners do and you tend to receive a nasty shock when you collect your clothing.

All in all, a great place to get your clothes cleaned and I will be using them more often.

I have been using Gold Star for a number of years, and have to say that I have not been let down by their cleaning. The prices are very cheap in my opinion compared to some of the local ones and they seem to know what they are doing. I recently moved to the area, and was a bit apprehensive about trusting my clothes with this dry cleaners after reading the bad review posted on this site. However I decided to give them a go as the post was old and I was pleasantly surprised to find that the service provided was excellent. There prices are very attractive and the same day service offered was excellent for me as I can drop things off in the morning and pick them up on the way back from work.

I have been using Goldstar drycleaners for 6 years now and have never been disappointed by them. I find their service very reliable and proffesional.

I have recently used this service because it was my local dry cleaners and i trusted them. Unfortunately, i was very disappointed with the customer service that they provided me with having said that they had over 16 years of experience. I have only worn the dress once for 2 hours that costs £135 from Coast was ruined by the dry cleaners and they refused to pay for the damages.

The damages of the silk dress were the colour has changed significantly,left tiny holes and bumps. However, i was not upset about the money but i was accused of bringing a damaged dress as an excuse for them to pay for damages and they are not responsible because they stated as 'at customer risk' but they did not make this awareness to us on my first visit.

In addition, different member of staff were telling me different things on my numerous visits and it seems that they were just contradicting eachother.

On my last visit, they refused to speak to us nor giving contact details to seek further advice. I feel this would be my last visit at Goldstar Dry cleaners and i should take my clothing to more professional and reliable dry cleaners.
